Where we ship We ship worldwide from Valencia, Spain. Every original painting and print is carefully packaged and sent fully insured.

Processing time Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times — Spain & Europe: 5–10 working days — Switzerland, UK, Norway, Denmark, Sweden: 5–10 working days — USA & Canada: 7–14 working days — Rest of world: 10–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local carriers.

Packaging Original paintings are packaged by the artist in professional art packaging — rigid crating or reinforced tube depending on the work. Prints ship rolled in archival tubes. Every package is designed to arrive in perfect condition.

Insurance All works are shipped fully insured for their full purchase value. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, contact mmessouri@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will resolve the claim promptly.

Tracking A tracking number is provided for every order via email once dispatched.

Import duties & taxes For orders outside the European Union — including Switzerland, UK, USA and Norway — import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and the size of the work. For large format pieces or sets, a shipping quote will be provided before dispatch.
