1. General These terms apply to all purchases made through mariammessouri.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. All works are sold by Mariam Messouri, based in Valencia, Spain.

2. Pricing & Currency All prices are set in EUR. The currency selector on site displays approximate conversions in CHF, GBP, USD, NOK, DKK and SEK for reference only — these are indicative and based on live exchange rates. All transactions are processed and charged in EUR at checkout regardless of the currency displayed. Mariam Messouri is not responsible for any difference between the displayed conversion and the rate applied by your bank or card provider.

3. Original Works All original paintings are one of one. Each comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Once an original is sold it is permanently removed from sale and will not be reproduced.

4. Returns & Refunds All original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Fine art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if undamaged and in original packaging — return shipping is at the buyer's expense. If a work arrives damaged in transit, contact mmessouri@gmail.com within 48 hours with photographs. All works are shipped fully insured and damage claims will be resolved promptly.

5. Shipping All works ship from Valencia, Spain. Originals are shipped fully insured in professional art packaging. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–10 working days within Europe, 7–14 days internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes for non-EU destinations are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Payment Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase in EUR.

7. Certificate of Authenticity Every original work ships with a numbered certificate of authenticity signed by Mariam Messouri. This certificate serves as permanent provenance for the work.

8. Copyright All works remain the intellectual property of Mariam Messouri. Purchase of a work does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Works may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without written permission.

9. Privacy Your personal information is used solely to process your order and is never sold or shared with third parties. Full privacy policy available on request.
